Touring Superleggera makes some very custom vehicles, and this model, the Disco Volante, apparently takes 4,000 man hours to complete. That’s a long time to make what essentially looks like a Cayman on top of an Alfa Romeo 8C.
That’s not to say it’s particularly ugly, the Disco Volante uses classic front-engine, rear-wheel drive proportions. Under the long hood of the bespoke vehicle is the same 4.7-liter V8 that’s used by the Alfa Romeo 8C. Thanks to 444-horsepower, the Disco Volante dances its way to 60 mph in just 4.2 seconds, and tops the speedometer at 181 mph.
